While the cooking happens in Miami, the cruise is all about connection, community, and unforgettable shared experiences. Our all-star lineup of sous vide presenters brings together some of the most respected voices and innovators in the low-temperature cooking world. Ian Fujimoto pushes creative boundaries with bold flavors and modern techniques, while Chef David Pietranczyk blends culinary precision and his technical expertise with global inspiration drawn from his experience in Michelin-starred kitchens.
