The inaugural Sous Vide Cruise will set sail from Miami aboard the luxurious Virgin Voyages' Valiant Lady from March 23-28, 2025, offering an unforgettable culinary experience at sea. This unique voyage, which will stop in Cozumel and Virgin Voyages’ private Beach Club at Bimini, is a celebration of sous vide cooking and will immerse passengers in the rich flavors of Mexican and Caribbean cuisine. Meathead, founder of the incomparable AmazingRibs.com, is one of the foremost experts on all things outdoor cooking and has done great work in expanding the fusion of sous vide and barbecue.
