2nd annual Sous Vide Cruise

The 2nd annual Sous Vide Cruise will set sail from Miami aboard the luxurious Virgin Voyages' Scarlet Lady from April 10 - 15, 2026, offering an unforgettable culinary experience at sea. This unique voyage, which is the only cruise of its kind, will stop in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and Virgin Voyages’ private Beach Club at Bimini, Sea days will feature live demonstrations where guests can witness the mastery of sous vide techniques and enjoy samples of dishes that highlight the versatility of this innovative cooking method.

The cruise will feature some true top talent in the sous vide world! Our cuisine theme and speakers will be announced soon!
